Paladin/Shield of Righteousness Empty Paladin/Shield of Righteousness

I just learned an interesting tidbit today about shield of righteousness. And it so happens that ranks 1 and 2 are on different cooldowns. This poses a new way for me to do more dps and from what I read an increase in paladin TPS. Since wow is down right now I cannot test it but just thought id share.
