Glyph of Seal of Vengeance

Attached is a paragraph from a site I was reading about glyphs. Lyren, can you tell me if this is true? Is expertise all that?

Another MUST-HAVE glyph for serious raid tanking paladins. 10 expertise is a huge bonus not to miss.

Expertise is becoming one of those almost vital stats nowadays. There are two aspects to it: tanking and dps. It was previously a big dps thing in BC, but now with the way bosses hit, it's great for tanking.

What expertise does is reduce the % by which your attacks are dodged, blocked, and parried. For tanks, landing a hit means threat. Negating a boss' parry % is also key since when a boss parries an attack, it refreshes their timer, effectively giving them close to back-to-back attacks. Think of it as a mitigation tool since negating their %s with expertise, you land more hits and take less hits.

For dps, it's all about negating the Dodge % (which is lower, if I recall from BC, than block and parry). Mobs can't parry or block from behind, but every dodged attack is potential damage output.

That's why expertise is so important now.

In my opinion Expretise is terribad for arms warriors. in fact its a stat to be avoided at all cost.

I would say pick it up. It would have been dumb back in the spell power tanking days but Id say pick it up as long as you arent losing anything cool.

I would have to trade it for one of these . . . (and i fucking love these glyphs.)

Glyph of Righteous Defense
Requires Level 15
Increases the chance for your Righteous Defense ability to work successfully by 8% on each target.

Glyph of Exorcism
Requires Level 20
Your Exorcism also interrupts spell-casting for 2 sec.
If it worked on any targets, it would be one of the essential glyphs in PvP. It works on Undead and Demons only, probably usable against Warlocks. I know Glyph of Exorcism might seem situational, but it really helps in Naxx and CoT just to stun everything in a 40 yard range and interrupt spell-casting.

Glyph of Judgement
Requires Level 15
Your Judgements deal 10% more damage.

Which Glyph would you say for me to give up? If any?

Id prolly drop Glyph of Righteous Defense. I dont remember that spell missing that much, and with avengers shield so fast now if you miss its not the end of the world.
