my account is getting closed lol

I just got this letter in the mail. They want all my account info or they will close it lol. I should give it to them, since I have an authenticator it wouldnt make a shit difference, they couldn't get in anyway.

I can't believe how fucking stupid this email is.

nah, its a scam. Blizzard would never ask for your password. They dont even ask for it when I call customer support.

Why would they ask for all my personal info anyway, they already have it.

You should potentially try to contact blizz and see if they'll open up an investigation about that. I know they won't do anything, but maybe if enough people got the e-mail they'd at least have it on file and get the word out to the naive nublets in the game.

i thought about alerting blizzard, but then thought about how it works with the law. Usually the person who calls the cops is considered a suspect. I dont want them saying - how did these guys get your email in the first place?

Actually, I have the same message sitting in my original account e-mail inbox, too. Funny thing is that I changed the e-mail address tied to my account that I only use for that reason.
