shadowsong is alliance

Bo was mentioning last night that Shadowsong is pretty weak when it comes to horde. I decided to look at the stats for it. Wow, I didnt realize how bad.

44% of all players are Human or Nelf

seriously why do ppl roll humans? its so pointless

it is weird. Why play a fantasy game and play yourself in real life. It's always confused me too.

The reason dk's are so far up there is because it usually doesn't count toons that are below a certain level to avoid counting alts that were made but aren't really played. However DK's start off at 55 so are automatically counted. Looking at only 70 to 80 DK's only make up 10% of the population. However alliance still account for 68% of the population which is terrible to say the least.

You really want to see why it is so damn hard to find healers here are the stats for level 80 classes that can heal, keep in mind that this does not show they are specced for healing, just that they play a class that can heal.

Druids - 152
Paladins - 210
Priests - 135
Shamans - 144

Total = 641. Lets say 1/3rd play heal spec, that's 214 healers. 1690 total horde level 80 toons means that 13% of horde play healers. That is a little over 1 healer per 10 man raid. Even if 1/2 of the healing classes actually healed it would be 19%. That's not even 2 healers per 10 man raid.

Soak it in and start the QQ.

D'oh! Guess I better go something other than healing to stick with the trend!
